Summer Camp Refund Policy

There is a $75 non-refundable deposit associated with all registrations to any Monumental Sports & Entertainment Summer Camp (Jr. Wizards or Mystics).

Cancellations (including for injuries and/or sickness) made prior to April 1, 2026 will be eligible for a refund minus the $75 non-refundable deposit. The $75 non-refundable deposit will be kept on your account as a credit that can be applied to another Jr. Wizards or Mystics camp or clinic session that occurs within one (1) calendar year of the cancellation. Any request for extension on the credit must be made in writing to youthbasketball@monumentalsports.com.

All monies paid on cancellations (including for injuries and/or sickness) made on April 1, 2026 or later are non-refundable. Cancellations made not less than seven (7) business days prior to the first day of the applicable camp session shall be subject to a credit for the amount previously paid. The credit can be applied to another Jr. Wizards or Mystics camp or clinic session that occurs within one (1) calendar year of the cancellation. Any request for extension on the credit must be made in writing to youthbasketball@monumentalsports.com. Any cancellation made within 7 business days of the start of a session (including injury and/or sickness) is non-refundable.

There shall be no partial credits for missed camp days.

Any request for accommodation outside of these guidelines must be made in writing to youthbasketball@monumentalsports.com, and decisions are at the sole discretion of the Director of Youth Basketball.
